Jim Losleben

Jim has over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing to the electric utility industry. Prior to joining tenKsolar, Jim was VP of Business Development for Cannon Technologies which was acquired by Cooper Power Systems in 2006. During his 11 years at Cannon Technologies (now Cooper Power Systems), Jim led the company into new markets including RF Demand Response Systems enabling the overall sales of the company to grow from $8 million to over $100 million of revenue. Prior to Cannon, Jim helped manage the transfer of load management technology from Germany to North America for Brown Boveri Company (now ABB). As sales manager for the BBC load management business, the new BBC business unit grew from a start up to over $11 million per year. Jim was successful in selling large rotating machinery while at Electric Machinery Manufacturing Company (EM), selling large Energy Management Systems (EMS) which monitor and operate the electric utilities distribution and transmission systems while employed at ESCA and selling large superconducting magnets which were used to support premium quality power to large critical electric loads for Superconductivity, Inc. Jim has degrees from Oklahoma State University and Mankato State University and has been a IEEE member for 27 years. |
